Bulldog RC Speedway Hosts Opening Weekend


Bulldog RC Speedway at 226 West Boston Street in Greenwood is gearing up for its opening weekend!

The Track, owned by Jody Knight, has been a well-kept secret in the area for the past three years. On Saturday, April 3, the RC dirt oval track will host an all-day playdate. Drivers will get in some practice and discuss the schedule for the upcoming season.

According to driver Cameron Mott, 30 races are slated for the season. Classes running this year will be Pups, Street Stock, Sc Factory Stock, Sc Modified, Sprint Car, And Midwest Modified/Late model. Bulldog RC Speedway will have rental cars to race in the Pup class for $25, which includes your racing entry for the night. For playday, rentals will be free.

There is a $10 entry fee to race, but there is no fee for spectators. Concessions will be available during select races.
