Arresting agency – Fort Smith Police Department:
Nicholas A Morgan of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 22 at 11:47 a.m. and remains at the SCADC without bond. Morgan was charged as a fugitive from justice – out of state.

Arresting agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
Stevie Wayne Patterson of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 27 at 7:30 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Patterson was charged with careless driving – lane change, driving while intoxicated – second offense, and driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked.

Christopher John Presley of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 25 at 10:40 a.m. and released on signature bond August 25 at 10:45 p.m. Presley was charged with driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked, failure to appear – class B misdemeanor, and failure to appear – class C misdemeanor.

Arresting agency – Greenwood Police Department:
Cymanthia Leigh Pennington of Alma was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 22 at 8:56 p.m. and released on legally sufficient bond August 22 at 10 p.m. Pennington was charged with petition to revoke – felony.

Fallon Nicole Steffen of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 22 at 9 p.m. and released on signature bond August 23 at 3:24 p.m. Steffen was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), possession of controlled substance – schedule I/II felony <2g, possession drug paraphernalia – felony.

Arresting agency – Arkansas State Police Troop H:
Rosalyn Dale Strozier of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 25 at 10 a.m. and released on bond August 25 at 3:02 p.m. Strozier was charged with possession of controlled substance – schedule I/II felony <2g, possession of controlled substance – schedule VI misdemeanor <4oz, possession of drug paraphernalia – ingest meth/cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia – ingest.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
