Arresting agency – Arkansas State Police Troop H:
Arthur Ray Cooper of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 17 at 3:15 p.m. and released on legally sufficient bond August 17 at 8:54 p.m. Cooper was charged with speeding over posted limit: 11-14 over, and driving while intoxicated (second offense).

Arresting agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
Jeffery Scott Edwards of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 16 at 4:15 a.m. and released on legally sufficient bond August 16 at 5:13 p.m. Edwards was charged with failure to appear – class C felony, and petition to revoke – felony.

Bryan Keith Miller of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 20 at 9:08 p.m. and remains at the SCADC without bond. Miller was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine) and as a fugitive from justice – out of state.

Arresting agency – Fort Smith Police Department:
Andrew Gregory Hrenchir of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 21 at 8 p.m. and released on signature bond August 21 at 11:39 p.m. Hrenchir was charged with two counts of contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), and disorderly conduct – obscene language or gesture.

Arresting agency – Greenwood Police Department:
Daniel Ray Lockhead of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 19 at 8:10 a.m. and released on bond August 19 at 8:26 p.m. Lockhead was charged with two counts of carrying a weapon and public intoxication – danger to self or others.

Aaron Dwayne Young of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 16 at 11:04 p.m. and released on signature bond August 17 at 2:24 a.m. Young was charged with theft of property <$1k.

Arresting agency – Arkansas Parole:
Gregory Keith Whitt of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on August 19 at 6:25 p.m. and remains at the SCADC on hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections for a parole violation.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
