Arresting Agency – Greenwood Police Department:
Roshelle Rosalee Adams of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 12 at 7:30 p.m. and remains at the SCADC as a parole on hold with charges. Adams was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor, contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), failure to appear – class A misdemeanor, theft of property >$1k, violating parole, absconding, and contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine).

Clayton Addison Carter of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 6 at 5:30 a.m. and released on bond June 17 at 2:40 p.m. Carter was charged with domestic battering in the third degree – purposely.

Joshua Kane Deases of Hartford was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 18 at 7:40 p.m. and released on cash bond June 18 at 9:30 p.m. Deases was charged with Contempt of Court–(child support), FTAS, FTRespond Subpoena, FTComply WCO.

Amanda Don Henry of Mansfield was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 14 at 8:45 p.m. and released on signature bond June 16 at 1:10 p.m. Henry was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.

Brandi N Huggins of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 13 at 2:20 a.m. and remains at the SCADC. Huggins was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), two counts of failure to appear – class B misdemeanors, failure to appear – class A misdemeanor, and assist outside agency – misdemeanor.

James E Lydick of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 13 at 2:07 p.m. and released on June 21 at 3:41 p.m. Lydick was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor, theft of property <$1k, criminal trespass – premises, contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), failure to appear – class A misdemeanor, and theft of property <$1k.

Arresting Agency – Fort Smith Police Department:
Mark Alan Balm of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 6 at 4:40 p.m. and released on signature bond June 11 at 12:57 p.m. Balm was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor, and theft of property <$1k.

Jason Robert Blankenship of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 15 at 5 p.m. and remains at the SCADC as a parole hold with charges. Blankenship was charged with domestic battering in the first degree – physical injury – two priors in 10 years, petition to revoke – misdemeanor, violating parole, and petition to revoke – felony.

Sierra Alicia Bone of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 13 at 11:12 a.m. and released on signature bond June 13 at 3:43 p.m. Bone was charged with criminal trespass.

Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
Kimberly Joyce Boyd of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 15 at 10:10 a.m. and released on bond June 16 at 1:10 p.m. Boyd was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor, two counts of contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), and assist outside agency – misdemeanor.

Zachary Scott Davis of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 9 at 3:55 a.m. and released June 14 at 8:39 p.m. Davis was charged with two counts of failure to appear – class B misdemeanors, failure to appear – class A misdemeanor, contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), and assist outside agency – misdemeanor.

Robert Kyle Leftwich of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 16 at 10:43 a.m. and released on signature bond June 16 at 4:31 p.m. Leftwich was charged with petition to revoke – felony.

Robert Eugene Munday of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on June 19 at 6:50 a.m. and remains at the SCADC. Munday was charged with two counts of failure to appear – class C felonies.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
