Arresting Agency – Greenwood Police Department:
Jacob Ray Bledsoe of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on May 5 at 12:08 p.m. and remains at the SCADC as a commitment hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Christopher Andrew Cairns of Waldron was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on May 4 at 9:43 p.m.

Timothy Gene Fox of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on May 8 at 3:42 p.m. and released on legally sufficient bond May 8 at 9:22 p.m. Fox was charged with criminal trespass premises C misdemeanor.

James Robert Gregory of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on May 8 at 11:38 a.m. and released on bond May 8 at 1:13 p.m. Gregory was charged with violating a protection order – misdemeanor.

Tracina Renee Smith of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on May 7 at 11:25 p.m. and released on legally sufficient bond May 8 at 2:18 a.m. Smith was charged with petition to revoke – felony.

Steven Dewayne Thomas of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on May 7 at 9 p.m. Thomas was charged with contempt of court (child support), FTAS, FTRespond Subpoena, FTComply WCO, contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), and assist outside agency – misdemeanor.

Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
Spencer Nolan Kite was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on May 5 at 2:40 a.m. and remains at the SCADC. Kite was charged with fleeing – foot – serious injury, refusal to submit to arrest, misdemeanor, and A/C/S obtained controlled substance by fraud.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
