Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
Jeremiah Nicholas Allen of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 6 at 2:09 a.m. and released December 10 at 8:05 p.m. Allen was charged with contempt-willful disobedience (failure to pay fine,) possession of schedule I/II controlled substance with the purpose to deliver >2g, and possession of drug paraphernalia-ingest meth/cocaine.

Denver Alan Davis of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 10 at 11:57 a.m. and remains at the SCADC. Davis was charged with contempt of court-(child support, FTAS, FTRespond Subpoena, FTComply WCO), parole violation, possession of controlled substance-schedule I/II felony <2g, and possession of drug paraphernalia-ingest meth/cocaine.

Scott Kramme of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 10 at 4:13 p.m. and remains at the SCADC as a commitment hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Mark Elliott Lauch of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 7 at 10 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Lauch was charged with criminal trespass-occupiable structure, breaking or entering-building, structure or vehicle.

Debra Leona Payne of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 9 at 11:29 a.m. and remains at the SCADC as a commitment hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Megan Deanna Schroeder of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 9 at 1:20 a.m. and released on legally sufficient bond December 9 at 2:20 a.m. Schroeder was charged with harassing communications – catch all.

Arresting Agency – Arkansas State Police:
Landon Lloyd Cardwell of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 6 at 12:05 a.m. and released on legally sufficient bond on December 6 at 8:18 a.m. Cardwell was charged with driving while intoxicated-2nd offense, speeding over posted speed limit, and no headlights/headlight out.

Nichole Ashley Moore of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 6 at 11:30 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Moore was charged with failure to appear-class C felony, and possession of controlled substance-schedule I/II felony <2g.

Arresting Agency – Mansfield Police Department:
Lauren R Gossett of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 6 at 11:30 a.m. and released on bond December 6 at 5:04 p.m. Gossett was charged with failure to appear-class B misdemeanor, driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked, possession of controlled substance-schedule I/II 2-28g felony, possession of controlled substance-schedule VI misdemeanor <4oz, possession of misbranded drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia-store or conceal meth/cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia-ingest.

Arresting Agency – Greenwood Police Department:
Shawn Michael Cunningham of Mansfield was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 8 at 11:35 p.m. and released on signature bond on December 9 at 2:09 a.m. Cunningham was charged with possession of controlled substance-schedule I/II felony <2g, and possession of drug paraphernalia-ingest meth/cocaine.

Eric Eugene Glidewell of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 12 at 1:20 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Glidewell was charged with terroristic threatening in the second degree.

Steven Ray Haggard of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 9 at 10:24 a.m. and remains at the SCADC. Haggard was charged with two counts of failure to appear – class B misdemeanors.

Dewayne Edward Hurd of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 11 at 11:10 p.m. and released on signature bond December 12 at 1:07 a.m. Hurd was charged with contempt-willful disobedience (failure to pay fine,) and contempt-failure to comply with a court order, misdemeanor.

*The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
