Arresting Agency – Greenwood Police Department:
Casina Marie Farrow of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 19 at 10:56 p.m. and released on signature bond December 20 at 1:04 a.m. Farrow was charged with theft of property <$1k.

Tara Nicole Tipton of Booneville was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 16 at 10:30 p.m. and released on signature bond December 16 at 11:24 p.m. Tipton was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine.)

Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
Ryan Alexander Gayer of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 17 at 11:28 a.m. and remains as a commitment hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Jerry Lee Ibison of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 13 at 9:20 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Ibison was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor, contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine), parole violation, domestic battering third degree – purposely (misdemeanor), terroristic threatening in the first degree, and aggravated assault on a family or household member.

Christopher Michael Symonds of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 17 at 10:55 p.m. and released on signature bond December 18 at 4:25 p.m. Symonds was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine.)

Arresting Agency – Fort Smith Police Department:
Kevin Dale McCaslin of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 17 at 8:57 p.m. and released on signature bond December 17 at 10:50 p.m. McCaslin was charged with possession of controlled substance – schedule VI (misdemeanor) <4oz.

David Lee Tuck of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on December 15 at 5:40 p.m. and released on signature bond December 15 at 10:45 p.m. Tuck was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine.)

*The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
