Daniel Earl Carney of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 26 at 5:37 p.m. and released on signature bond January 26 at 9:27 p.m. Carney was charged with failure to appear – class A misdemeanor, and contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine.)
Trent Allen Simington of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 29 at 11:53 p.m. and released on legally sufficient bond January 30 at 1:47 a.m. Simington was charged with driving while intoxicated – 1st offense, driving left of center/improper overtaking or passing, and refusal to submit to a chemical test – adult.
Arresting Agency – Greenwood Police Department:
James Ryan Kaundart of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 27 at 11:15 a.m. and released on bond February 1 at 11:02 a.m. Kaundart was charged with domestic battering in the second degree, aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening in the first degree, and interfering with emergency communications – 1st-degree misdemeanor.
Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
Michael Jordan Primm of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 27 at 3 p.m. and released on bond January 27 at 7:56 p.m. Primm was charged with two counts of possession of controlled substance – schedule I/II felony <2g, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia – felony.
Sean David Spoon of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 29 at 10:02 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Spoon was charged with driving while intoxicated – 2nd offense.
