Arresting Agency – Greenwood Police Department:
Todd Clinton Anderson of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 17 at 11:36 p.m. and released on signature bond on January 18 at 3:41 a.m. Anderson was charged with possession of controlled substance – schedule VI misdemeanor <4 oz., possession of drug paraphernalia – misdemeanor, and contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine.)

Danny Lee Thorpe of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 18 at 10:15 a.m. and remains at the SCADC. Thorpe was charged with failure to appear – class C felony, assault on family or household member – 3rd degree, and interfering with emergency communication – 1st degree.

Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
April Nikole Edgerton of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 20 at 10:42 p.m. and released signature bond January 21 at 2:06 a.m. Edgerton was charged with theft of property <$1k.

Christene Marie Kuykendall of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 20 at 2:05 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Kuykendall was charged with contempt of court – disorderly, contemptuous or insolent behavior committed during court.

Andrew Hayden McMichael of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 21 at 11:45 p.m. McMichael was charged with contempt – failure to comply w/court order, and contempt of court (child support), FTAS, FTRespond subpoena, FTComply WCO.

Arresting Agency – Fort Smith Police Department:
Hunter Daniel Hammond of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 17 at 11:06 p.m. and released on signature bond January 18 at 10:37 a.m. Hammond was charged with driving while intoxicated – 1st offense.

Dean Lee Mansir of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 22 at 1:53 a.m. and released on signature bond January 22 at 11:37 p.m. Mansir was charged with driving while intoxicated – 1st offense.

Kevin Dale McCaslin of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on January 21 at 3 p.m. and released on bond January 23 at 8:56 p.m. McCaslin was charged with possession of methamphetamine with the purpose to deliver >2g, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia – ingest meth/cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia – pack or repack and other, possession of drug paraphernalia – store or conceal – meth/cocaine, and violating parole.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
