Adair’s Grilled Bacon Wrapped Cheddar Chicken


It’s summer time, and it’s time to fire up the grill! Try this delicious grilled bacon wrapped cheddar chicken! Just the picture can make your mouth water.  

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Package of Hickory Smoked Bacon
1 8 oz. Package of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Head Country Championship Original Seasoning
Valentina Seasoning
Ground Black Pepper

Cut the chicken breast down the middle. Cover the chicken with dashes of Head Country, Valentina and Pepper. Season to your liking but be careful with the pepper! Next, stuff the inside of each chicken breast with shredded cheddar cheese. Now, wrap each chicken breast with three slices of bacon. Use toothpicks to hold the bacon secure. Light up the grill and cook at 375 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. You will need to flip at 18 minutes into cooking. Enjoy!
